Products & Ordering
To view our products, click Shop the Collection or view by Product Category or Collection in the navigation menu. To choose a product to view, click on the style image or title to be taken to the product detail page. To select a style to order, first select your preferred size and click Add to Cart. Each product detail page includes a size guide with product measurements and fit recommendations. If you are still unsure which size to select, feel free to contact us for assistance. Due to the handcrafted nature of our product line, a select number of Saint Croix items are produced in Limited Release quantities of fewer than 100 units produced. Limited Release items are noted in the product description on the product detail page. Product stock availability is displayed on each product page. If an item is sold out, the page will indicate that it is out of stock. Product availability is not guaranteed until purchase.
To process an order, click on the cart icon in the navigation menu to proceed to checkout. You will be guided through the steps to enter your shipping details and payment information. An account is not needed to place an order, however, an email address is required. This allows you to track orders and shipping details, and process any future returns or exchanges. Creating an account would additionally allow you to manage your preferences more easily.
Saint Croix accepts major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Shopify's encrypted checkout. Sales Tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations. We collect sales taxes in all applicable states and regions. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing an order. If you do not see it within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact our support team.
