Products & Ordering

To view our products, click Shop the Collection or view by Product Category or Collection in the navigation menu. To choose a product to view, click on the style image or title to be taken to the product detail page. To select a style to order, first select your preferred size and click Add to Cart. Each product detail page includes a size guide with product measurements and fit recommendations. If you are still unsure which size to select, feel free to contact us for assistance. Due to the handcrafted nature of our product line, a select number of Saint Croix items are produced in Limited Release quantities of fewer than 100 units produced. Limited Release items are noted in the product description on the product detail page. Product stock availability is displayed on each product page. If an item is sold out, the page will indicate that it is out of stock. Product availability is not guaranteed until purchase.

To process an order, click on the cart icon in the navigation menu to proceed to checkout. You will be guided through the steps to enter your shipping details and payment information. An account is not needed to place an order, however, an email address is required. This allows you to track orders and shipping details, and process any future returns or exchanges. Creating an account would additionally allow you to manage your preferences more easily.

Saint Croix accepts major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Shopify's encrypted checkout. Sales Tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations. We collect sales taxes in all applicable states and regions. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing an order. If you do not see it within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is still missing, contact our support team.

Shipping & Delivery

As a proudly American brand, all Saint Croix orders ship from our company headquarters in Winona, Minnesota, or one of our two retail locations in Illinois and Michigan. We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us to explore options.

Shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer standard and express shipping to most locations. All orders will be shipped to the provided address; we do not currently offer in-store pickup.

At checkout customers can choose UPS Ground, 2-Day, or Standard Overnight. Please note shipping is not refundable. Depending on shipping address and service selected, delivery usually occurs within 7 days once your order has been processed, pending availability and credit card verification.

Approximate Transit Times:

  • Ground: 5 -7 business days
  • Two Day: 2 -3 business days
  • Standard Overnight: 1 -2 business days

Processing Time:

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12PM CST typically begin processing that day (excluding holidays) although it can take 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12PM CST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order through your account if one was created. We cannot guarantee any requested changes to the delivery address. Please contact the courier directly using your tracking information as needed.

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased online are eligible for free returns or exchanges. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be returned unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags intact. You may return items from different orders in the same box, be sure to include all corresponding return slips or clearly mark the order numbers to avoid processing delays.

To start a return, click on the account icon in the top right of the navigation bar at the top of any Saint Croix page. This will prompt you to either log in to your account, or enter the email address associated with the order for which you want to process a return. Once you enter your email address, you will receive an email with a six-digit verification code. Enter this verification code where prompted on the Saint Croix site to visit your order history. Select the order for which you want to process a return, and select “Request return”. Select the reason for the return and press the “Request return” button. You can also begin a return through the order and shipping confirmation emails received. In your email for a specific order, select “View your order”. This will prompt the same sequence as above for requesting a return.

To start an exchange, follow the above process for starting a return. When you are prompted to select the reason for a return, please write “exchange requested” in the “Note” field, and press “Request return”. A Saint Croix customer service specialist will reach out to confirm additional details on the exchange request. Please contact our Customer Service specialists with any remaining questions on the returns and exchanges process.

Once products are received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note shipping is not refundable. We do not currently accept in-store returns.

In the event a product is delivered damaged or an order is incomplete, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Please provide photos and a description of the issue and we will help resolve it promptly. Any damaged item must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.

Care & Repair

Each Saint Croix piece comes with detailed care instructions.

Merino wool items require minimal cleaning, as Merino wool is naturally resilient, resistant to odor, stains, and wrinkles. For light stains, spot clean by dabbing gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air pieces in well-ventilated areas to freshen between wears. Dry clean only as needed. If natural pilling occurs, lay flat and use a fabric shaver to gently remove. Let rest between wears to recover shape, and always fold rather than hang to prevent stretching and shoulder distortion

Cotton items are machine washable. Use mild detergent and cold or warm water to preserve color and structure. Avoid bleach or hot water. Air dry flat or line dry to maintain shape and fit. Iron as needed on medium to high heat with steam. Fold or hang and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Cashmere items are naturally resistant to dirt and odors, requiring infrequent cleaning. For light stains, spot clean by dabbing gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air pieces in well-ventilated areas to freshen between wears. Dry clean only as needed. Always fold rather than hang to prevent stretching and shoulder distortion.

We believe in the quality of our pieces, crafted to last for generations. We offer lifetime repairs on all garments purchased directly from Saint Croix, if the item is repairable. Please contact our Customer Service specialists with any repair requests. Note that all repairs are subject to evaluation.

Size & Fit

Every Saint Croix item is meticulously handcrafted and hand-finished, designed with natural fibers and signature knit techniques. It is recommended to view the size guide for each item for best fit instructions, as measurements may vary slightly due to the nature of this construction.

To view each size guide, first select the product you wish to view to be taken to the product detail page. Once on the product detail page, select View Size Guide within the size selection field. Each size guide will detail product measurements as well as guidance on how to measure.
